Homemade protein bites are perfect to have on hand for a quick, healthy grab and go snack.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup
Oats, dry
1/2 cup
Peanut butter, natural
1/3 cup
Honey
2 tbsp
Flaxseed meal (ground)
2 tbsp hulled
Sunflower seeds
1 tbsp
Sesame seeds
2 tbsp
Chia seeds
1/4 cup
Dark chocolate chips
(chopped)
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined.
Roll into one-inch balls (makes 12-14), refrigerate, and enjoy!
Notes:
These protein bites are easily customizable with other nut and seed butters (almond butter, tahini), maple syrup instead of honey, cacao nibs instead of chocolate chips, etc.
