Preheat oven to 350*F.
Arrange chicken thighs in a single layer in 11x7" baking pan. Spoon 1/2 cup pesto over the top and distribute evenly over the chicken with a knife. Bake for 25-35 minutes until the chicken are cooked through (165*F). Toss hot chicken with 2 tbsp fresh pesto just before serving.
