1/2 cup | Goji berries, dried |
1/4 cup | Hibiscus flower, dried |
1 tsp | Schisandra Berry Powder |
2 tsp | Rose water |
1 tbsp | Honey, raw (to taste, can also use stevia or other sweetener) |
Bring the water to a boil. place the goji berries, hibiscus, and schisandra in a 1 quart glass jar. Add enough boiling water to cover and set aside to steep for 1 hour. Strain reserving the solids for a second batch if you like or to use in smoothies yogurt etc. Stir in the rose water and sweetener. Enjoy immediately or cover and store in the fridge for up to a week to enjoy hot chilled or combined with spring water.
