- Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Notes:
You can use your protein powder of choice or I use Garden of Life Whey Chocolate protein powder in this recipe
Upgrades/add-ins:
- Maca root powder
- shelled hemp seeds, ground flax or chia seeds
- collagen powder in place of whey or 1/2 whey 1/2 collagen
- to reduce the saturated fat content, omit the cacao nibs
