Instructions
- Wash and peel all the fresh ingredients: radish, carrot, ginger, onion and pineapple.
- Grate carrot and radish. Juice the ginger. Dice pineapple (some are used to extract its juice) and mince onion.
- In a separate bowl mix all liquid and dry ingredients.
- Add the brown sugar and salt until well combined. Serve fresh and enjoy!
