Ingredients


2 tbsp Ginger root (**Ginger Juice)
2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
1/4 cup Pineapple juice (Fresh juice)
2 thin slice (1.3cm x 9cm dia) Pineapple (Diced Fresh)
1/2 large Radish (Grated)
1 small Carrots (Grated)
1/2 tbsp White onion (Minced)
1 tsp Brown sugar
1 pinch Salt (*To Taste)

Instructions


  1. Wash and peel all the fresh ingredients: radish, carrot, ginger, onion and pineapple.
  2. Grate carrot and radish. Juice the ginger. Dice pineapple (some are used to extract its juice) and mince onion.
  3. In a separate bowl mix all liquid and dry ingredients. 
  4. Add the brown sugar and salt until well combined. Serve fresh and enjoy!
