1 cup Millet, dry
1 pinch Sea Salt (to taste)
1 dash Black pepper (to taste)
1 large Heirloom tomatoes (diced)
1/2 small Red onion (diced)
1/4 cup Basil, fresh (chopped)

Instructions


Cook the millet. Let cool slightly.


In a medium bowl, combine the cooked millet, tomato, cucumber, onion, and basil. Top with approved dressing.


Toss to combine. Adjust the salt and pepper if necessary.


Serve immediately or chilled.
