The most amazing moist and fluffy gluten-free chocolate chip banana bread that will surely make you swoon! Add chopped walnuts if you like them!

(ripe; mashed, about 1.5 cups)

Egg
1/4 cup
Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
1 tsp
Vanilla extract, pure
2 scoop
Protein Powder, Vega Sport, vanilla
(or protein powder of choice)
1 cup
Gluten free flour
(optional to use gluten-free)
1 tsp
Baking soda
1 tsp
Baking powder
1/4 tsp
Salt
(Pink Himalayan sea salt)
2 tsp
Cinnamon
(ground)
1 tsp
Ginger, ground
1 tsp
Turmeric, ground
4 tbsp
Chia seeds
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a 9” x 5” loaf pan with parchment paper.
Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl and be sure you have 1 1/2 cups (or close to it). Whisk in the eggs, vanilla extract, and Fagé plain geek yogurt until well-combined.
Stir in the vanilla protein powder, gluten-free flour, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, and chia seeds until just combined.
Stir gently until the batter is all incorporated.
Transfer the batter into the parchment-lined loaf pan and optional to sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake on the center rack of the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Remove bread from the oven and allow it to cool 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
