This is a great way to satisfy a sweet craving without causing a blood sugar crash and causing more cravings!

Ingredients


1 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk
2 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened (or to taste)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure (or try other flavours like peppermint)
1 tsp Swerve Sweetener, confectioners (or Swerve Brown Sugar: to taste)
1 tbsp Collagen peptides

Instructions


  1. Heat up your milk of choice on low on your stovetop (or in a mug in the microwave).
  2. Add in all of your ingredients until mixed well.
  3. Transfer hot chocolate to your blender or use a whisk and blend for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour into your mug and enjoy!
  5. OPTIONAL: 
    1. add a dash of cinnamon to help improve insulin sensitivity
    2. add a dash of cayenne for heat and metabolism boost
    3. add a dash of salt if you like that sweet and salty combo
