1 cup Yoso Plain Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt (Silk unsweetened plain is also a good choice)
2 scoop Collagen peptides
1/2 cup Blueberries
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled

Instructions


In a small bowl, add the coconut yogurt.

Add in collagen peptides and mix well.

Top with blueberries and hemp seeds.
