Ingredients


3/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free (or alternate dairy-free or lactose-free yogurt of choice)
1/2 cup Blackberries
1/2 cup Raspberries
2 tbsp Slivered almonds
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 dash Cinnamon (to taste)

Instructions


1. Add yogurt, berries, almonds, hemp hearts, and cinnamon to a bowl. Stir to combine and enjoy!

Notes:

Option to substitute in other berries or fruit and add freshly chopped mint.
