Ingredients


1 cup Plain yogurt, fat free
1 tbsp Vanilla bean powder
1 drop(s) Stevia sweetener, liquid
1/4 cup Blueberries (Fresh or frozen; try raspberries too!)

Instructions


1 Mix 1 teaspoon of vanilla bean powder wit 1/4 cup water.

 

2. Blend yogurt and Stevia with protein and water mixture.

 

3. Fold in blueberries and chill overnight.

Notes:

For more nutrients - top with sliced fresh banana and add fresh blackberries!
