25 gm Whey protein powder, unflavoured (or any vegan protein powder)
1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (any plant-based milk)
1 cup Frozen raspberries, unsweetened (or other fruit w lots of fiber)
2 cup Spinach
1 cup Baby kale
1 tsp Flaxseed oil (or avocado)

Instructions


Mix all in a (high speed) blender, change it up by swopping out different fruits and greens!

*raspberry, apple or avocado are high fiber fruits

** always add a healthy fat, complete 3 rule!! flax oil, avocado, avocado oil, GROUND flax
