Baking soda

Fennel seed

Turmeric, powder
1 cup
Water
1/4 cup
Lemon juice
3 medium mushroom(s)
White mushrooms
(sliced)
1/2 large pepper(s)
Red bell pepper
(chopped)
3 green onion (stem)
Green onion
(chopped)
1 tsp
Coconut oil
(for frying)
Instructions
Combine the chickpea flour, baking soda, salt, cumin, fennel seed, and turmeric in a large mixing bowl.
Add the water and lemon juice, mix well to combine.
Fold in the mushrooms, red pepper, and green onion.
Heat a bit of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Pour a quarter of the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
When the top looks like it’s not liquid anymore, flip the Pudla over and cook for another couple of minutes.
Serve with Coriander Chutney or non-dairy plain yogurt for dipping.
