1/3 cup packed | Brown sugar |

2 tbsp | Flaxseed meal (ground) |
1/2 tsp | Kosher salt |
1/4 tsp | Nutmeg, ground |
1 cup | Pumpkin, canned (wet ingredient) |
1 2/3 cup | Spelt flour |
1/3 cup | Water (wet ingredient) |
Combine dry ingredient together in a bowl. Make a hole in the centre and add in the mixed wet ingredients.
Pour batter in to a greased muffin tin and bake for 25-30 mins at 350 degrees.
