1 3/4 cup Pumpkin purée, canned
1 medium Banana (s) (ripe)
1 cup Coconut milk, sweetened
1 cup Pear juice
2 tbsp Pumpkin seed butter
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ginger, ground
1/4 tsp Ground cloves
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground

Instructions


Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes:

If possible, refrigerate the first 5 ingredients prior to making the smoothie as it tastes better when slightly chilled.

If the smoothie is too thick, simply add extra pear juice or a bit of water until it reaches your desired consistency.
