Ingredients


3/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free (or favorite dairy-free option)
1/2 cup Pumpkin purée, canned
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp Maple syrup
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 tbsp Peanut butter, smooth
1/4 cup Granola (optional)
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas) (optional)
1 tbsp Pecans (crushed; optional)

Instructions


  1. In a bowl, stir together the yogurt and pumpkin puree.
  2. Add the cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, vanilla, and peanut butter. Stir to combine. 
  3. Top with granola and pumpkin seeds.
  4. Enjoy!

    The instructions definitely do not match the picture.
    There is no way to get that layered look by adding everything to a bowl and mixing it together.
    So I tried adding everything but the yogurt to the pumpkin puree and layering it that way.
    And after I tried that I had to ask myself if anyone had ever tried this recipe lol
