1/2 cup Egg white (about 4 eggs)
1/2 cup Pumpkin purée, canned
1 scoop Whey protein powder, vanilla (or plant-based alternative)
1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Warm skillet to medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray.
  3. ladle the pancake mixture into the pan (the amount will depend on your desired cake size). 
  4. Cook one side and flip the pancakes when they start to bubble on top. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. start
