Quick & Easy Homemade Baked Pita Chips

Ingredients


4 medium pita Pita bread, whole-wheat (cut into 8 triangles)
2 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp, ground Basil, dried
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, dried basil, black pepper, and sea salt.
  3. Place pita triangles in a large bowl and pour seasoned olive oil over pita. Gently toss to coat each pita triangle, use your hands for this.
  4. Place pita triangles on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, until slightly browned.
  5. Remove pita chips from the oven and let cool. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
