Ingredients

Black beans, canned
(drained and rinsed)

1 cup

Sweet yellow corn
(Organic frozen; defrosted)

1 1/2 medium

Beefsteak tomato
(chopped)

2 tbsp chopped

Yellow onion

Instructions
- Combine beans, corn, tomatoes, onion, chili powder, lemon and lime juice in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Place over a bed of arugula.
