3 cup Quinoa, cooked
1 medium Apple (diced)
1/4 cup Green onion (sliced)
1 can (14oz) Lentils, canned
1/4 cup Cranberries, dried
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/3 cup Almonds, raw

Instructions


In a large bowl, mix together cooked quinoa, apples, onions, lentils,  cranberries, and almonds.


Drizzle approved dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine to coat ingredients evenly.


Serve it immediately warm, at room temperature, refrigerated or make ahead – it travels well!
