2 cup Quinoa, cooked
1 cup chopped Carrots
1 can (11oz) Sweet corn, canned, drained (rinsed)
1/2 small Red onion (diced)
1/4 cup Cilantro (coriander) (chopped)
1 cup chopped Red bell pepper
1 cup chopped Yellow bell pepper
1 tbsp Slivered almonds

Instructions


For the base: Toss first 9 ingredients into a salad bowl.


Pour approved dressing into the Quinoa salad and toss until well combined & ENJOY.


Leftovers can be kept in the fridge up to 4 days.
