Texture Modifications for Stroke Recovery:
Puree: Do not layer. In a food processor or blender, process all the ingredients until smooth. There should be no separation of liquid.
Minced: Using a knife, mince the peaches into pieces small enough to fit between the tines of a fork. Layering is optional.
Soft and Bite-Size: Using a knife, cut the fruit into pieces no bigger than the size of your thumbnail and layer as directed.
