Raw blueberry pancakes

2.5 cups Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 3/4 cups Tocotrienols
1 kg Frozen blueberries

Instructions


Combine flax, tocos and blueberries in food processor until well blended and smooth. Transfer onto dehydration trays and spread evenly with a spatula.

Dehydrate at high (if not needing final product to be raw) or at 104 degrees F for raw. Dehydration will take from 8 hours to 24 depending on consistency of spread and heat.
