3 tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
5 clove(s) | Garlic |
1 whole lemon(s) | Lemon juice |

1 cup | Spinach |
4 cup | Swiss chard (about 1 bunch) |
Wash the swiss chard and spinach, and trim the ends off the chard. Blanch it for 2 minutes in boiling water.
While it is boiling, pour 2 tbsp olive oil into a wok or sauce pan, and turn on to medium heat.
Finely chop garlic and toss in the oil.
Drain the greens and toss into pan with garlic.
Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Serve and enjoy!
