1 head | Broccoli, raw (cut into bite-sized pieces) |
2 tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
1 bulb | Garlic (cloves peeled) |
1/2 tsp | Himalayan sea salt |
1/2 tsp | Black pepper |
Preheat oven to 450°F. In a large bowl, drizzle the olive oil over the broccoli. Add the garlic, salt, and pepper and toss well with your hands.
Spread the mixture on a large baking sheet, trying not to let any broccoli overlap. Cook for about 20 min. or until the edges of broccoli are crispy!
Tip: this recipe can also be made with cauliflower instead of broccoli.
To make AIP friendly, omit pepper.
