Ingredients
3 cup
Broccoli florets
(cut into bite size pieces)
2 tbsp
Ghee
(or coconut oil for vegan)
1/4 tsp
Salt
1 tbsp hulled
Hemp seeds, shelled
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the ghee and coat the broccoli with ghee and salt. Spread on baking sheet.
Place in the oven and cook for 10 minutes. Flip the broccoli and cook for 10 more minutes. Once cooked, removed from the oven and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
