1 cup Broccoli, raw (chopped in bite size pieces)
1 cup Cauliflower (chopped in bite size pieces)
1 tsp Black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp Salt (to taste)
2 tbsp MCT oil (Reserve 1/2 to dress the vegetable after they are cooked)

Instructions


Toss vegetables with seasoning and MCT oil. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring halfway. Optional: Can add other seasonings like garlic, oregano, crushed red pepper flakes.
