White wine vinegar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400oF (200oC).
- Drain and rinse chick peas.
- Toss chick peas with vinegar, olive oil, and mustard, mixing thoroughly.
- Spread mixture onto cookie sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 1 hour, toss about every 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Serve warm or cool.
