Ron's fermented coconut protein balls

Ingredients


1/2 cup Coconut butter
1 cup Oats, dry (fermented)
1 cup hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1/4 cup Collagen peptides
1/4 cup colostrum powder
1/4 cup Yoso Plain Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt (Not yoso, best brand is Healing Spirit Nutrition)
1 dropperful Monk Fruit Extract (or to taste)
1/2 cup Lucuma powder (to roll balls in, or use cacao, carob , coconut or your choice)

Instructions


Put all ingredients except the lucuma into food processor and process until beginning to stick together. Make balls and roll into Lucuma or choice of coating.


Refrigerate. Keep well for a week or more.
