1/2 cup | Coconut butter |
1 cup | Oats, dry (fermented) |
1 cup hulled | Hemp seeds, shelled |
1/4 cup | Collagen peptides |
1/4 cup | colostrum powder |
1/4 cup | Yoso Plain Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt (Not yoso, best brand is Healing Spirit Nutrition) |
1 dropperful | Monk Fruit Extract (or to taste) |
1/2 cup | Lucuma powder (to roll balls in, or use cacao, carob , coconut or your choice) |
Put all ingredients except the lucuma into food processor and process until beginning to stick together. Make balls and roll into Lucuma or choice of coating.
Refrigerate. Keep well for a week or more.
