Rooibos Tea Latte [BF]
Caffeine-free Rooibos tea gets upgraded with ghee, collagen protein, and optional CBD oil for a warm and creamy latte that helps you keep your cool.

Ingredients


1 cup Rooibos Tea, brewed (2 teabags)
1 tbsp Ghee (or butter or 1/4 cup full-fat canned coconut milk)
1 tsp MCT oil
1 scoop Collagen peptides
1 ml CBD oil (optional)

Instructions


  1. Boil water, add to a mug with both tea bags, and steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags and add in remaining ingredients except for collagen.
  3. Pour mixture into a blender and blend until incorporated. Add collagen and blend on the lowest speed until just incorporated to avoid damaging delicate proteins.
  4. Enjoy hot, or pour over ice.
