4 tbsp Rosemary, fresh
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions


1. Toss lamb with all ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. 

2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. If possible, shut middle burner off to avoid flaming.

3. Grill chops to preferred doneness (about 5 minutes).
