1. Cut zucchini in half lengthwise.
2. Season with salt and pepper. In a large saute pan.
3. Heat olive oil on medium-high heat.
4. Add zucchini to pan.
5. Add oregano and sauté about 2 minutes on each side.
6. Add garlic and cook another minute.
