2 tbsp | Coconut oil (or butter) |
2 bunch | Kale (roughly chopped) |
1 pinch | Sea Salt |
1 bunch | Collard greens (roughly chopped) |
4 cup | Asparagus (cut into 3 inch pieces) |
Wash and dry the greens thoroughly making sure that they are not too wet before cooking.
Heat the cooking fat in a large skillet on medium heat. When pan is hot, add the greens in batches, stirring as they cook. Keep adding them in as they wilt. Add salt and cook for 15 minutes or until completely cooked.
