100 gm | Vital wheat gluten |
1 cup | Perrier, mineral water bottled (any sparkling water) |
1 tbsp | Liquid smoke (optional soy works too) |
2 tbsp | Nutritional yeast |
1 tsp | Garlic salt (any spices of your liking) |
1 tbsp | Dijon mustard (any spices of your liking) |
1 tbsp | Chili powder (any spices of your liking) |
1 1/5 second spray | Cooking Spray, coconut oil |
1. Heat up your waffle maker at high heat.
2. Mix all dry ingredients.
3. Add the liquid, including the water, the sparkling water will make your waffles "fluffier" regular tab waters works as well if you have no sparkling water around.
4. Do not over mix the batter.
5. Spray coconut oil to avoid sticking.
6. Pour half the batter and cook till crispy.
You can add cheese, sauce, any seasoning you like!
Perfect for a quick snack, lunch served with a salad or cut the waffle up and add to your dinner plate!
