Ingredients


1/2 cup Soy sauce, low sodium (Kikkoman)
1/4 cup Lime juice (fresh)
2 tbsp Canola oil (divided)
3 clove (s) H-E-B Peeled Garlic Cloves (chopped, divided)
681 gm Beef, flank steak, boneless, lean and fat, 0mm (0") trim (tenderized)
2 potato Potato (baking, chopped small)
2 medium Yellow Summer Squash (chopped medium)
1 stalk(s) Chives (chopped)
1 dash Black pepper
1 dash Salt

Instructions


  1. Preheat a medium sauté pan to medium-high.
  2. Remove the marinated flank steak from the refrigerator. Drain the excess marinade and place steak in the pan. Cook each side for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. In the same hot pan, add potatoes, remaining garlic, and oil. Sauté 5 minutes, then add yellow zucchini and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Serve sliced steak over potato/squash medley.

Instructions:

Combine soy sauce, lime juice, 1 tablespoon oil, and 2 tablespoons garlic in a large zip-lock bag with steak, cut steak in half if needed. Marinate 24 hours in the refrigerator.
