Ingredients


260 gm Vital wheat gluten
70 gm Chickpea flour
2 cup Perrier, mineral water bottled (any sparkling water)
1 1/2 l Vegetable stock/broth, low sodium

Instructions


1. bring the vegetable stock to a boil add any extra herbs or spices for extra flavor if you like.

2. mix the other ingredients in a mixer till a sticky dough constancy.

3. Cut the dough in 8 (for the current macro breakdown) and simmer in the brought for at least 1 hour.

4. Ready to eat or freeze, add to soup, salad, pasta anything!
