Ingredients


4 sprout Brussels sprouts (shaved)
1 slice Bacon, uncured, Nature's Choice (cooked, cut into pieces)
3 small grape tomato(s) Grape tomato (s)
1 tbsp Butter, salted
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions


  1. Add butter to hot pan.
  2. Add shaved brussel sprouts and bacon. Cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  4. Put on plate and season with salt and pepper, and grated parmesan or parmesan crisps.

Notes:

Net carbs per serving: 11.25 grams

VEGETARIAN: Substitute tempeh bacon for 1 more gram of carbs, and vegan parmesan add an additional 2.25 grams
