A nutritious way to add a good portion of greens to your meal!
Ingredients
1 cup
Lettuce, spring mix (mesclun)
1/2 tbsp
Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1/2 tsp
Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 dash
Salt and pepper
(to taste)
Instructions
Wash salad greens or purchase pre-washed/cut salad greens
Place in bowl and drizzle on olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette, and salt/pepper
Notes:
No olive oil or balsamic vinaigrette
you can add any dressing of your choice
