Ingredients


1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tsp Red wine vinegar
0.12 head Lettuce, romaine (pieces)
1/2 medium Tomato (diced)
1/4 cup Cucumber (diced)

Instructions


  1. In a small bowl, whisk the extra virgin olive oil & red wine vinegar together.
  2. In a large bowl, add the romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Toss to mix.
  3. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar mixture into the large bowl.

Notes:

To transform this from a basic side salad to a more filling salad, add more vegetables and/or protein to your liking, such as chicken, tuna, or salmon.
