3 cup Lettuce, spring mix (mesclun)
3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp Sea salt, fine
1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions


Add the mixed greens to a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine.

 

It is best to leave greens undressed and add the oil and vinegar right before eating.
