Simple Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients


1/4 cup Chia seeds
1 cup Silk Original Coconut Milk (can use almond milk)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
2 tbsp Flaxseeds (optional)
1 cup Frozen berries (for topping- 1/2 cup per serving)
1 cup Walnuts (Can use any nuts)

Instructions


1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, milk and vanilla. 

2. Add frozen berries (or your choice of toppings) and nuts. (Or can add nuts before eating.)

3. Place in fridge overnight or for a for at least 2 hours before enjoying.
