Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400oF (200oC) and coat non-stick baking pan with a spray of oil.
- Beat eggs in a large bowl.
- Add sugar and mix in, then the ricotta and pour into pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes, then reduce temperature to 300oF (150oC) and bake for another 35-40 minutes.
