Cook bacon on low heat in cast iron or stainless steel pan, set aside. Drain bacon grease but do not wipe out the pan.
While bacon cooks, toast bread in the toaster oven to desired darkness. Top with butter.
Scramble eggs in a bowl; pour into pan with remaining bacon grease. Cook, stirring frequently until cooked through. Remove from pan and serve with bacon and toast.

Use nitrate-free turkey bacon
Add 1 cup/serving of lightly sautéed kale or spinach in coconut oil
For grain-free - omit the bread and add more veggies
