1. Cook bacon on low heat in cast iron or stainless steel pan, set aside. Drain bacon grease but do not wipe out pan.
3. Scramble eggs in bowl; pour into pan with remaining bacon grease. Cook, stirring frequently, until just done. remove from pan and serve with bacon.
