2 medium slice | Bacon |
1 slice | Whole grain bread |
1 tbsp | Butter, grass-fed, salted |
1. Cook bacon on low heat in cast iron or stainless steel pan, set aside. Drain bacon grease but do not wipe out pan.
2. While bacon cooks, toast bread in toaster oven to desired darkness. Top with grass few butter.
3. Scramble eggs in bowl; pour into pan with remaining bacon grease. Cook, stirring frequently, until just done. remove from pan and serve with bacon and toast.
Healthy suggestions - use nitrate free turkey bacon
- add 1 cup of lightly sautéed kale or spinach in coconut oil
