This Vegan Grilled Cheese Sandwich is a scrumptious and filling, 5-ingredient breakfast - Ready in less than 30 minutes!
Ingredients

Extra virgin olive oil
2 slice
Bread, sprouted, whole grain, Ezekiel 4:9
1/4 cup
Parmesan cheese, vegan
2 slice
Tomato
(rinsed, cut into 4 slices)
1/4 small
Yellow onion
(thin slices)
1/2 avocado(s)
Avocado
(sliced)
Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Brush or rub oil over one side of each slice of bread.
Place both pieces of bread, oil side down, in the pan. Divide the cheese between each slice of bread and place on top. Reserve a small space in the pan for onion and cook alongside.
Cover and cook for approx 3-4 mins.
When cheese is heated and the bread is grilled, remove each piece of bread from the pan.
Assemble tomato, onion, and avocado between slices and serve!
