400 gm | Beef, top sirloin (2 steaks @ 200g buy best quality you can afford) |
2 tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
1 pinch | Sea Salt (course) |
1 container (5oz) | Arugula (Rocket) |
2 tbsp | Balsamic vinegar (to drizzle) |
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and cook the steaks to your liking, a few minutes on each side.
Remove the steaks from the pan, set on cutting board and sprinkle with the coarse sea salt.
Divide the rocket amongst each plate and drizzle with the remaining olive oil and the balsamic vinegar.
Place the steaks on top and serve. Chew well!.
