I wanted a tangy Tzatziki sauce, but didn't have any plain yogurt on hand.This recipe is made with sour cream instead of plain yogurt, and tastes WONDERFUL!
Ingredients
4 1/2 cup
Sour cream, 14% M.F.
(sour cream and or greek yogurt)
2 cucumber(s)
Cucumber
(grated)
6 tbsp
Dill, dried
(or fresh)
6 clove(s)
Garlic
(grated)
6 tbsp
Lemon juice
6 tsp
Sea Salt
(to taste)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
This amount makes enough for a large spoon sized dollop for each person. Increase recipe 3-4 x if using as a dip.
