4 large Egg
1/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1 tbsp Maple syrup, pure
1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
4 slice Bread, sprouted, whole grain, Ezekiel 4:9
2 tsp Coconut oil
1 large Banana (s) (sliced)
1/2 cup Pecans (chopped)

Instructions


Combine eggs, almond milk, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice in a shallow pan; whisk to blend.

Soak each slice of bread in egg mixture for 2 minutes, turning half way.

Heat oil in medium nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Add bread; cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Top each slice evenly with banana and pecans; serve immediately.
